LoveFortCam Contact
Need help with LoveFortCam? Every question goes to one address, [email protected], and a real person answers it. Below is what to include so we can fix things in one reply, how reporting works and how to send account, privacy or payment requests.
Free to start · No sign-up · Runs in your browser

Send an email to [email protected]. One inbox handles everything: bugs, coins and payments, account questions, privacy requests and ideas. Real people read every message, so describe the problem plainly, as if you were telling a friend what went wrong.
A little detail up front saves a long back-and-forth. Include whatever applies from this list and we can usually sort it out in one reply.
Use the report button first, because it is quicker and attaches the right details automatically. You will find it inside every chat and on every profile. Email us as well if the situation is serious, if you need to add context or if the person keeps coming back under a new account.
Block the person straight away too. A block stops them from contacting you again, whether or not the report has been reviewed yet.
Want a copy of your data, a correction or your account deleted? Write from the email linked to your account, or include your user ID, so we know the request is really yours. Our privacy policy explains what we keep and why.
For coin purchases or VIP, tell us what you bought and what went wrong. The terms of service cover how coins work. We never ask for passwords or full card numbers by email, and nobody from LoveFortCam will contact you through a chat to sell coins.
We cannot share another user's personal details, reconnect you with someone you did not follow or restore a chat that has ended. Matches are live conversations, so once a chat closes, the person behind it is only reachable if you followed her.
Next time you enjoy a conversation, tap follow before you leave it. Then you can message or call her again from her profile. New here? The home page shows how a first chat works, and about LoveFortCam covers the rules. Short of things to say on your next call? Try our list of compliments.
No. Email is the only support channel, which lets us look into the details and keep a record of your case. Write to [email protected].
Yes. Guests can email support too. Mention the device and browser you used and roughly when the problem happened.
Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account, or include your user ID, and ask for deletion. We confirm once it is done.
Keep your money where it is. Report the person from the chat or their profile, block them and email us if you want to add details. Nobody genuine needs money from you.
